If the book doesn't give you a jar you trust, you get your money back and you keep the file.
Reply to your receipt email within 14 days of buying and say "refund". That's the whole process.
What happens next
Lemon Squeezy, the checkout provider, returns the full amount to the card or PayPal account you paid with.
It usually shows up in 3-5 working days; some banks take up to 10.
You're taken off the buyers' list. You can stay on the free list if you like.
The small print, kept small
Fourteen days counts from the purchase date on your receipt.
One refund per person. If you buy again later, that's a normal purchase.
Sharing the file publicly, or asking for a refund on a second account, ends the guarantee.
This guarantee is in addition to your rights as a consumer, not instead of them. In the EU, the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content ends when the download starts; my guarantee runs the full 14 days anyway.
